I had a question sent in….maybe I should call it a demand…actually a plea for help from a new struggling pre-need seller whose sales were on life-support.

We’ve been talking about using sales letters to follow-up with at-need families.
Using letters is an excellent system to follow-up that involves no time at all. Obviously you can burn up the phones and call your at-need families and you’ll get in touch with a few but leave messages with the rest.
Calling for follow-up vs. Mailing for follow-up
We’re talking about follow-up for at-need families and the best most efficient use of your time. Most pre-need sellers will follow-up (if at all) once maybe by telephone.
