A Champion Endorser

Subscribing/membership has its privileges and I’ve got a special treat for you on Tuesday (April 21st) I’ll be uploading the power-point presentation on A Champion Endorser™, how to get one, what they are, and how to manage leads.

Today I’m going to give you an overview on the topic.

A Champion Endorser™ is an individual who has a connection to a larger group such as a community organization, civic, business association, chamber of commerce, religious, etc.

Your job is to leverage your influence with this individual to get an “introduction” to individuals in his/her organization.

This technique is a higher level beyond the introductory Mining Your Natural Market.  And, by the way, you must understand step one before you can go to step two and capture massive amounts of leads through a Champion Endorser™. 

A common mistake many Pre-Need Sellers make is to jump to step two and get a Champion Endorser™ first.  It’s similar to attempting to start the car without the keys.  The car runs much better with the key in the ignition and the engine running.

In order to capitalize on a Champion Endorser™ you must have a prospecting system in place.  It works even better if you’ve already established your materials and developed the sequence of contacts and information.

If you haven’t put anything into place the problem is there is no system to work these people.  How and why are you going to contact your Endorser’s base of contacts?

Most Pre-Need Sellers are looking for sound-byte solutions to complex prospecting problems.

One of the major reasons Microsoft has an advantage over everyone else is because they connect programs together.  A friend of mine complains about Microsoft all of the time but yet he still uses Microsoft office (including word, publisher, power point, excel).

The goal when you make presentations is to get referrals.  Some of the individuals you’ll be presenting to will have access to larger groups (A Champion Endorser).

Prospecting at a higher level involves getting an introduction from your Endorser to larger groups of people.

You can still make a terrific living gaining one, two or three referrals each time you make a presentation (see catalog for access to materials on Mining Your Natural Market).

The key is to be able to get those referrals while presenting to Prospects.  That’s what Mining Your Natural Market is all about.  (Click here for the package)

The secret to Step-Two of Prospecting is to have the system in place you can put your referrals/endorsed groups into.

Once the recipients have received the introduction from your Champion Endorser™ you initiate your follow-up program.  Now you can move on to the next project.
