How to follow-up until they buy

We’ve been talking about how to get a Champion Endorser™, how to follow-up and the stay-in-touch program.
Today we’ll focus on the follow-up program.
As soon as you get access to the list from the organization your Champion Endorser™ belongs to you begin to place those names into a follow-up program.
A follow-up program is a pre-designed system of follow-ups that are sequenced together with a scheduler of some-sort that implements the steps at a pre-determined time.
For example I recommend your follow-up plan have a series of sequenced mailings; 3 letters and a post card mailed every two weeks.
Your first letter would go out followed by the second letter two weeks later. The third letter goes out two weeks later and the post card is the last of your sequenced mailing.
The goal is to get people to raise a hand in interest requesting more information on pre-planning. All you really want to do is to get your prospects to raise a hand in interest.
Once the hand is raised that person goes into a different sequenced set of mailings. In your second sequenced set of mailings you would send out more detailed information on pre-planning including frequently asked questions and special reports with different titles.
It is during this second sequenced mailing that you’ll get prospects to raise a hand to meet with you for a presentation. These people will be interested in purchasing from you.
All the other people who do not purchase go into your Stay-in-Touch program and we’ll talk about that next time.
