The moral of the stroy is get testimonials

Get people to write, record, or video tape comments about their experience working with YOU.  Testimonials are gold.  You can never have enough.

These is magic in testimonials.  I use them in everything.  I have a book of testimonials and leave it out in the conference room or bring it with me for an in-home presentation.

It’s amazing how many people will look through the book for people they know.  Sometimes they find people they know sometimes they don’t find people they know.  But one thing is for sure.  It impresses your family to know that people are happy to do business with you.
