7 Obstacles Holding You Back

If you’d like to remove obstacles to your success you must understand what those things are that hold you back.

  1. Relying on industry norms
  2. Accepting opinions as facts
  3. Your own self-imposed limitations
  4. Negative influences of other people
  5. Thin skin
  6. Not understanding the numbers
  7. Not valuing your time

We’ll cover the first obstacle today.

If you do what everyone else does you’ll get the same results as the industry norm folks get.

In order to succeed selling pre-need you need a mentor to help coach and train you. 

For many sellers of pre-need that option isn’t available so it’s difficult to know where to begin.

If there is no mentor take a look at what everyone else is doing and don’t do it.  Do the opposite.

Find a mentor (coach) and immerse yourself into all things pre-need.  Much like learning a new language there is a learning curve.

If you think you know it all than you should be happy with your results.  If you aren’t happy or want to improve than get help.

No one but you controls what you do.
