A friend of mine isn’t very good at selling or even prospecting.  But, he is excellent at execution.  To use a sports analogy many times the best team on the field will not win because of execution.  They aren’t or can’t execute the game plan. 

For successful sellers of pre-arrangements once you’ve got the game plan formed success is achieved when you execute the game plan.  No excuses.  Implement the plan.

Execution is nothing more than discipline.  In my book I talk about what makes you get up in the morning?  What makes you go out and do it? 

The formula is simple.  Executing the game plan is taking what gets you up, add some discipline, and execution.  

Now, we’re nearly done with this year.  It’s time to take a few days to regroup and refocus your energies on tomorrow. 

One side note.  If you’re close to your goals for the year for Pete’s sake, go out there and get it done and make your goals happen.

For everyone else, take a few days to dwell on your dreams (goals) and begin to write that description page I talked about a few days ago.  Once you’ve described your goals in vivid, visual detail form the game plan and execute.
